| After having previous issues with Realtors, I had made you very aware that I was more than a discerning buyer and seller. We went through a lot together and dealt with many roadblocks along the way. You were always very professional, gave us great advice and stood by through our tantrums and headaches. Since Nettie was coming from so far away, you gave up so much of your time in order to make our search more successful. You steered us when we seemed to have lost our way and did so very much more than anyone could ever ask a Realtor to do. The amazing part was that we never did have to ask. You were ahead of th game and ready to jump the next hurdle with us.
As it turned out, we got much more of a home than we ever thought possible. You managed to bring two families together and I would have to admit, even helped keep the families together when all seemed lost. I am very aware that what you went through with us was extraordinary and at times quite bizarre. We ran the gamut. From finding homes we liked that owners refused to sell to dealing with another that signed the P&S but decided to sell to others. We still managed to come out way on top thanks to you. I would call you as I saw a sign go in the ground and we'd be the first one in. This is how we got our home today. | Recently our family had to sell our home due to personal reasons. We looked around to find a real estate agent who had the expertise and experience not only to sell our home but also help us find another one at the same time. Phyllis was the perfect fit for us. It could have been a very stressful time for us if it were not for Phyllis. She took the time to go over with us how the process worked, how much we could sell our home for, which was much more than we had anticipated.
