I specialize in representing my clients in the purchases and sales of single-family residences and income property within the cities of Stratham, Brentwood, Epping, Exeter, Kingston, Fremont, Newmarket, Newfields, Greenland, Portsmouth and all surrounding areas. I keep current of all transactions in these areas, and I'm also very knowledgeable with the local schools.
Personal
I'm a New York native, having lived in the San Francisco area for 9 years and have personal relocation experience to the Seacoast area. I graduated from the College of Notre Dame with a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology. Current hobbies of mine include spending time with the family, traveling, helping with the Brownies and other community organizations.
I work under the Realtor's Code of Ethics as all Realtors should. As a buyer myself, I learned a lot first hand about how big a decision to buy or sell is and I do not pressure people in any way.
